Additional information: distances and times are calculated using the TravelTime tool – a specialised solution for location-based route planning.

The commuting time is initially set to walking to ensure a consistent reference point. In future versions, users will be able to adjust the mode of transport.
This information may not be displayed if, for example, the exact address is missing or the lister wants it to be hidden.

The times may vary slightly, as our system uses its own calculation tool (TravelTime) rather than Google Maps. However, any differences should be minimal and still provide a reliable estimate of the distance.
